Today we really do not know what it means to be a true Pakistani. Thousands of people are brutally murdered in suicide attacks by their own countrymen in the name of religion. Patriotism is just a vivid idea in the minds of Pakistanis who actually do not know what it means. It hurts when people across the country say very proudly and loudly not in words only but through their actions what patriotism is . We are ready to raise slogans of sacrificing our lives on one single call in the name of patriotism,but we are actually unable to confront any challenges.
The main problem is people have not realised the true meaning of sacrifise. Sacrifise that their forefathers have given for the creation of greatness(PAKISTAN).
People everywhere in this world and not only in pak need to know the true meaning of patriotism and sacrfice.
ReplyDeletesacrifice does not mean blowing yourself off the face off the earth and leaving others to clean up the mess. it means to endure all the difficulties of trying to get on in a society that does not match up to your expectations and trying to make an actual change despite all the frustrations that accompany it and bring you to your lowest point
ReplyDeletePatriotism in Pakistani people has lost momentum due to the instabilities prevailing in the country. Pakistan need a revolution to get back the patriotism it had at the time of independence. This article is a nice way to make people realize what true patriotism is.
